On the Surface: sex on heels

I am seriously considering these because I am sickly in love with them and they are 40% off. Where do women get the shoe sickness from? The immediate desire and luxurious vision of how you will look and feel 600% sexier when they are on your feet? Where does that come from? And where does the repulsion to crocs, gardening clogs and other modern orthopedics come from? I understand that many women have it the other way around and I'm glad that's not me. I'm a heel lover.

This is a reasonably priced event so get dressed up and go out!

E. there are cocktails. (ok maybe that should go 2nd....)

This is like the first day in weeks that I've had a moment to do a little poking around to see what the rest of the world is designing or just doing. I've been working on on the Roxy and Quiksilver bedding and bath lines and need some inspiration so jumped into the Stylesight pages today. They have a great trend report called Ubanmade: Design & the city that is inspirational.
